Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures specific to the eMPF and MPF sectors.
- Monitor the compliance matters in relations to the operations of the Pension business
- Ensure internal polices are in accordance with legislation changes
- Prepare Compliance reports for senior stakeholders and liaise with regulators in timely matter
- Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Keep abreast of market trends and best practices in compliance within the eMPF and MPF sectors.
- Ensure that all policies are communicated effectively across the organization.
Requirements:
- Degree holder; Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in Pension/ Trustee Compliance
- Experience in dealing with Regulator (MPFA or IA) is an advantage
- A good team player & able to work proactively & independently
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
