Relationship Manager, Business Banking

Role:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME and MME clients to understand their financial needs and provide customised solutions.
• Manage and grow the liabilities portfolio, including deposits, cash management, and other liability products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase deposits within the SME and MME segments.
• Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure optimal product usage and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in Hong Kong and China to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies specific to the regions of Hong Kong and China.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business banking, with a focus on liabilities for SMEs and MMEs.
• Proven track record of managing and growing a liabilities portfolio.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, including deposits and cash management, tailored to SMEs and MMEs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
