You will be joining a foreign private bank and wealth management firm with a global presence which provides innovative investment solutions and a wide range of products.
Your new role
- Assist Relationship Managers in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of investment proposals and presentations.
- Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular updates and performance reviews.
- Execute trading orders and manage transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in private banking/ wealth management, client service, operations or sales support.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
