Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist both walk-in and phone-in customers, adhering to our service standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries and requests, and consult with your supervisor for guidance on handling complaints when needed.
• Managing loan processing and performing various administrative tasks.
• Facilitate payment transactions, including disbursing loan funds and processing repayments at the counter.

主要職責：

• 歡迎並協助到訪和來電的客戶，遵守我們的服務標準。
• 回應客戶查詢和請求，並在需要時向主管諮詢處理投訴的指導。
• 管理貸款處理並執行各種行政任務。
• 協助付款交易，包括發放貸款資金和在櫃檯處理還款。

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Completed secondary education.
• Experience in the consumer finance or banking sector is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive, with a pleasant demeanour and a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
