Operations Manager, Macau Branch (Securities Firm)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and company guidelines.
• Support and participate in promotional activities and campaigns.
• Regularly review and update operational procedures and manuals.
• Lead or contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 6-8 years of experience in branch operations management.
• Strong knowledge of securities settlement, operations, and relevant regulations in Macau.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Macau.
