Overview
Due to business needs, an International corporate bank is seeking for a Senior Associate - Corporate Banking to support the front office team to cover key HK Large Corporates and Conglomerate portfolio of client accounts.
Responsibilities
* Support senior relationship managers to maintain existing HK Large Corporates customer portfolio and expand clientele coverage, also to act as a second point of contact to clients
* Engage in client onboarding independently and deal execution to assure seamless end-to-end
process, with less management guidance
* Help to build close relationships with corporate clients and internal product partners, to enhance efficiency of cross-selling including FX, swaps, DCM and M&A etc.; deal origination of plain-vanilla treasury transactions
* Assist in credit application, periodic review and other administrative duties for the portfolio's credit risk management in compliance with the Bank's policy
* Execute daily transactions with customers including loan drawdown, FX/deposit quotation, reports, systems registration, etc.
* Facilitate seamless end-to-end process of client onboarding and deal execution
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
* 3-4 year(s)' relevant experience in Corporate Banking, or Audit, or Consultancy
* Polished presentation and communications skills, Customer-oriented with strong service mindset, ability to understand and capture customer needs
* Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
