BAH Partners are currently hiring a Front Office Software Engineer for a top-tier Hedge Fund in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and developing cutting-edge software solutions, collaborating with front office teams, and driving technical innovation to support the firm’s quantitative trading initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with clean and modern architecture.
  • Partner with front office teams (quants and traders) to deliver bespoke technical solutions for new trading initiatives.
  • Leverage data-driven pipelines and analytics to bring new insights and innovations to trading workflows.

Core Technical Requirements

  • 2-8 years of software development experience with a strong foundation in Python and core libraries (e.g., Numpy, Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with Linux environments, Cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and containerized applications (Docker preferred).
  • Experience with other programming languages like Java, C++, or C# is a plus.
