Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of ERP projects (ie. Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS) related to these systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and ensure project alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and address any project-related concerns or roadblocks.
  • Oversee system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years experiene in IT ERP project management, familiar with Oracle Fusion and Orable EBS
  • Extensive experience in IT project planning and implementation
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring project buy-in and adoption.
