The Role: Provide hands-on support and advice to stakeholders through the business continuity lifecycle. The Role:
 
  • Provide hands-on support and advice to stakeholders through the business continuity lifecycle.
  • Maintain and enhance the business continuity management policy and guidance, which consists of incident management, crisis management and business continuity.
  • Perform thematic reviews and trend analysis on incidents to ensure quality, alignment and continuous improvement on incident management aspects
  • Oversee IT resilience and disaster recovery testing
  • Address any regulatory and audit issues relating to BCM, support regulatory reporting and discussions regarding business continuity and resilience matters
  • Provide and assist the head of BCM to drive business continuity and incident management key activities in accordance with policy and guidance and programme enhancements across the organization, such as operational resilience.


Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant business continuity management and/or operational resilience experience within financial services
  • Experience in managing incidents and facilitating drills and exercises
  • Understanding of financial services or critical infrastructure resilience requirements
  • Relevant business continuity qualifications is preferred (e.g., Qualified in PMP, DRII, BCI.)
