Overview:
We are assisting our client in the search for an Officer (12 Months Contract) to join their Treasury Operations team, focusing on Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market (MM) activities. This is a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the settlement process for FX and MM transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Operate and manage RTGS-SWIFT and SWIFT Alliance systems for efficient transaction processing and settlement.
- Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to treasury activities, highlighting metrics and any discrepancies.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that may arise during the settlement process.
- Identify areas for improvement within the treasury operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Finance or relevant disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in treasury marketing settlement.
- Knowledge of operating RTGS-SWIFT and SWIFT Alliance systems.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong skills in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
