Business Function Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate BCP (included OR-2/CBS) efforts at the corporate level to develop effective corporate business continuity recovery and response strategies.
- Support and coordinate corporate-level BCP exercises to integrate and validate the effectiveness of business/support units' incident response and recovery capabilities.
- Plan and execute BCM initiatives and/or regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal and external parties where necessary.
- Develop and execute training and awareness activities to raise BCM competency of DBS HK staff.
- Produce regular BCM readiness status reports to the senior management, providing in-depth risk assessments/mitigation controls and recommendations.
- Support crisis and disaster recovery arrangements (E.g. During the pandemic)
Requirement - A bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A business continuity professional certification would be an advantage. E.g. CBCP from DRI and MBCI form BCI.
- Minimum 3 years of practical BCM or related work experience with working knowledge of the Bank's key functional processes and resources.
- Sufficient knowledge & understanding in business continuity planning techniques and experience of banking operations and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Excellent report writing skills
- Very good PC knowledge and skills
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
