The Prudential Agency Sales Promotion and Events Team is dedicated to supporting a wide range of agency events. From local meetings and catered events to prestigious ceremonies and exquisite overseas conventions, we ensure every event is meticulously planned and
executed.
Beyond events, we manage our social media presence, showcasing the dynamic lives of our agents. The team also prepares sales promotion materials to aid our agencies in selling and communicating.
Additionally, we handle interviews and video shooting projects with our management team, ensuring our leadership's vision and guidance are clearly conveyed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging storyboards for various projects
- Promote the materials through company channel and various social media platform effectively, regular update content as needed
- Create, proofread, edit and optimize content for communications, promotion videos and marketing materials
- Provide events support from ideas planning to concept execution to ensure aspect aligns with objectives. Craft content that aligns with branding values and ensure all-around consistency of illustration and style, fonts, image and tone.
- Develop publication content, including but not limited to write-up of social media feeds, scripts for interview, video, and agency programs
- Design sales promotion posters and other marketing materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Translation, Business Administration or other related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in life insurance agency channel across agency recruitment, agency reward/ incentives, agency events or other agency channel function.
- Familiar with social media promotion, online recruitment campaign and promotion.
- Proficiency in MS office, especially in PowerPoint
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of rules and regulations in insurance industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Proven experience in content creation, design, and marketing
- Creative, pro-active, open-minded, and attention to details
