About the Role
As the Digital Innovation Director, you will drive the strategic development and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) initiatives using the latest technology in the construction domain. This include maintaining an updated GIS database, collaborating with stakeholders for data accuracy, BIM models in a collaborative cloud environment, supporting project teams with BIM setup etc. Utilizing multimedia marketing to implement a centralized platform for data integration, generating maps and aerial visuals, deploying VR/AR technologies and initiating digital twin projects for asset management, and proposing new technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Fostering a culture of innovation within the company by encouraging and supporting the team to generate new ideas, experiment with new approaches, and embrace a growth mindset.
The successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale projects.
- Knowledge in GIS, BIM, Digital Twin technologies will be advantageous
- Consultancy background welcome
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies
- Good command in Chinese and English
