Case Manager within the Partnership Sales Bancassurance channel to support all SCB Insurance Sales / Banc Sales Team to follow up all pending items to drive for policy issuance.
Case Management Team (CMT) will directly connect insurance sales + PRU internal stakeholder and follow up on the insurance applications to expedite the insurance sales on all pending items.
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinating and provide follow up actions directly to insurance sales on NB pending cases on a timely and effectively manner with client centricity.
- Communicate on daily basis with insurance sales and PRU internal stakeholder to expedite the underwriting process.
- Schedule insurance medical exams, send reminders and follow up to ensure successful completion
- General underwriting & H&P case management, negotiate with underwriters for best possible risk classification
- Consistently and effectively update case information to all key stakeholders including regular MI development & monitoring
- Provide training, regular cases sharing to frontlines to uplift the issue rate
- Strategic drive to uplift H&P business from underwriting perspective, increase straight issue rate, and develop comprehensive MI.
- Assist to build end-to-end premium financing digital platform hence to streamline from issue letter of offer (LO) to e-approval of letter of undertaken (LU), etc
Job Requirements:
- 5 - 8 years of case management experience
- Must have a complete understanding of how to process new business applications for Life insurance
- Good knowledge of insurance sales
- General medical knowledge (ability to read Attending Physician Statement)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Strong in customer services
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and time coordination to cater for ad hoc request
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point
- Well and professional in presentation skills
