Responsibility:

* Work with stakeholders to define requirements
* Gather and analyze business needs to identify opportunities for improvement
* Analyze business requirements to create ad hoc reports that offer actionable insights for decision-makers
Requirements:
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst with a focus on data analysis
* Experience in strong engagement with BUs is essential
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with business stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile for project success
* Familiarity with data management and governance is a plus
