Join our team as a Admin Assistant and support the COO and management team. If you are someone who has strong organizational skills, the ability to think strategically, attention to detail, humbleness in dealing with smaller tasks and possesses good judgment to prioritize their work effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, you are the one!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist on divisional strategic planning efforts
- Data analysis on division performance metrics such as revenue and productivity
- Manage the provision of IT, business information, word processing, printing and translation services
- Handle voice recording setup in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Own and manage various strategic and operational initiatives including the business continuity plan for APAC Global Capital Markets
- Providing support to the COO office and manage all aspects of the administrative and office management function
- Coordinate office activities and schedules; develop and recommend office procedures and systems; ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate and roll out internal events and client events such as seminars and conferences
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Undergraduate Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the COO function, Chief of Staff function, business development, corporate development, internal management program or strategy
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Native English language skills
