Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and coordinate business travel for bankers
- Manage banker's passport to apply for respective visas
- Prepare and submit bankers' expense claims regularly and timely
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and relating logistics for bankers
- Calendar management and taking minutes.
- Attend meetings, taking minutes
- Prepare payment request and invoice
- Order and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
- Sort and distribute incoming mails and documents
- Co-ordinate with other offices for banker's meeting with clients
Ideal Candidate Profile: - Relevant 2 years and above working experience.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft office
- Written and spoken English and Cantonese
