CFO/Group Finance Director

With a global presence of over 1,000 employees across seven countries, they are committed to driving global AI integration with financial services solutions.

Salary: HK$100k+

Responsibilities

  • Assume oversight of all finance functions for the group, reporting to the CEO.
  • Lead and execute financial strategy to support rapid business growth.
  • Spearhead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for the groups international businesses
  • Oversee financial accounting and reporting involving multiple legal entities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and reporting standards
  • Oversee the company's capital structure, optimizing the mix of debt, equity, and various ways of financing to support strategic initiatives
  • Manage a finance team of 30+ staffs across 3 international offices
  • Collaborate with executive leadership team to align financial and business goals, transform into action plans for execution
  • Plan and advise on potential HKIPO process

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Masters degree holder in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent
  • Track record as Head of Finance or CFO at any fintech/consumer finance/ AI technology business   
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
  • Track record in leading group/regional financial planning and analysis in a corporate setting
  • Experience in managing a 20-30 ppl finance team
  • Prior experience in startup environments, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
  • HKIPO experience is a significant advantage
