Key Areas of Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and drive strategic projects; ensure that projects are delivered successfully against approved scope, schedule and budget.
- Develop necessary documentation and collaborate with stakeholders to formulate requirements, frame decisions around scope, schedule and budget; ensure that project deliverables & milestones are well-defined.
- Establish project governance framework and align resources for implementation; ensure that there is adequate resourcing and clear ownership around the implementation of project tasks.
- Organize project meetings, manage project tasks, and facilitate resolution of issues; ensure that statuses, risks & issues are communicated on a timely basis and stakeholder expectations are well-managed.
Strategic Planning
- Assist management in budget planning and completion of balanced scorecards; ensure that documentation is clear and comprehensive.
- Support competitor / peer group analysis; ensure that appropriate data is incorporated into benchmarking assessments and key observations & conclusions are well-documented.
- Participate in the formulation and planning of strategic priorities ; ensure that pertinent analysis, materials, and presentations are developed and socialized with relevant departments, as required.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- University Graduate with relevant degree (e.g. Business, Finance, Management)
- 4-7 years of work experience in financial services, project management or management consulting roles
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders and launching new products will be an advantage
- Solid experience and knowledge in project implementation and management
