With its business growing in Hong Kong, they are now looking for a Manager to support and manage its GI product and pricing strategies in Hong Kong, and to ensure the effectiveness of portfolio management with a clear and defined strategy that is well communicated and understood across the organisation.
Your new role
- Working in a dynamic and flat team structure;
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to meet business objectives;
- Support on pricing matters and liaising with the actuarial team on a particular portfolio segment;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-7 years of proven experience in product management / portfolio management / pricing within the General Insurance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
