Responsibilities: - Assist the team lead to ensure all relevant staff's compliance to internal and external requirements, particularly those applicable to the course of selling
- C onduct sanity checking on investment and insurance sales process by conducting regular review, including but not limited to audio and documentation check, to ensure frontline's compliance to all applicable guideline and process checklist, and to follow up on rectification action if necessary
- A rrange mystery shopper visits for regulated products as stipulated in internal and external requirements
- Assist the team lead to plan and enhance monitoring on pre-sales process by timely conducting audio review on mystery shopper visits on a regular basis and follow up coaching if necessary
- Conduct reinforcement training to front line staff on irregularities detected in order to enhance sales quality
- A rrange and implement new surveillance coverage to cope with the changing regulatory environment and potential emerging risk
- I mplement surveillance framework to cope with the digital development of the Bank
- P repare management reporting on sales surveillance and mystery shopper visits result and share in management meetings
- A ssist the team lead in relation to audit / compliance review on regulated products and assist Audit / Compliance on the review where needed
- L iaise with relevant teams to channel proper selling procedures to frontline sales
Requirements: - University Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the finance field or banking industry
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales surveillance and quality control work, with sound knowledge in regulations and guidelines for regulated products
- Proven frontline experience in selling Investments or Insurance products is an advantage
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and fluency in both English and Cantonese
