Job Responsibilities
- Produce and deliver regular reports, communications, and materials to clients;
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients and prospective clients;
- Support the business development team with client onboarding, servicing, completion of RFPs and RFIs, preparation of presentations, and portfolio reporting across various public and private market offerings;
- Collaborate with offshore business units in investment management, investment controlling, legal, and compliance to ensure consistent communication and data output for client solutions;
- Assist with client and internal meetings, events and activities;
- Conduct research on new investor prospects and markets;
- Work within the broader Asia-Pacific investor relations team, providing backup as needed;
- Support ad-hoc requests and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role within asset management firm or alternative investment fund;
- Sound understanding of capital markets and alternative investments;
- High orientation towards client services;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and an international mindset;
- Proactive working attitude and a team player;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
