We are seeking a talent individual to join our C&B team. This role will be based in Hong Kong and work agile arrangement is adopted.
Responsibilities
• Be part of C&B team, coordinate benefits programs for example insurance' renewal process and policy terms review
• Update and maintain wider HR policies in line with best practice as well as meeting business objectives
• Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salaries and benefits benchmarking data from various surveys and other market analysis. Provide meaningful analysis based on these survey outcomes
• Support annual compensation review exercise
• Administer C&B related programs and take part in ad hoc projects
Requirements
• Degree holder or above in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or other related disciplines
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experiences gained either in a professional service and / or multi-national organization
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, World and Power Point
• Attentive to details, well-organized and strong communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated and being agile
• Solid skills in HR reporting and experiences in drafting internal communications
