So if you believe in inspiring a better future, read on. About the Role Provide channel sales, digital and marketing communication support to Partnership Distribution in a timely manner with quality delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide marketing and distribution support function on campaign management & communication for Partnership Distribution (PD) channel that covers Banks / brokerage / IFA (Retail and HNW) / strategic partners. Sales experience in brokerage business is preferred.
- Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.
- Plan and implement channel product & marketing and sales promotion activities and events for partners and/or customers to support channel(s) in achieving sales target
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness and performance of the sales tactical and campaigns so as to provide strategic recommendation for business growth and improvement
- Maintain seamless communication to keep our partners up-to-date of the company changes/initiatives so as to meet the business needs for PD.
- Recommend design of customer journey on digital platforms and solutions by capitalizing on modernized technology to enhance customer engagement capabilities
- Leverage technologies and collaborate with offline distribution channels and different business units to drive Marketing campaigns to be in line with the proposition defined for target segments to ensure right fit between product, customer needs and growth goals
- Deliver strong marketing communication in engaging partner's customers and or new customers onto digital platform that maximize opportunities, drive penetration of designated product mix backed by analytics, and to uplift channel productivity
- Deliver effective marketing and communication plan to achieve efficiency, including but not limit to cost per click, cost per acquisition, and achieve business KPIs include click through rate, response rate and conversion rate and leads generation etc.
- Leverage customer touchpoints in AIA HK's and/or partner's digital ecosystem, to trigger communication that drive purchase behavior backed by customers' digital behaviour and analytics
- Measure, analyze and optimize on a regular basis to drive traffic, engagement, and leads.
- Provide guidance to teammates and work collaboratively within PD and other internal stakeholders to deliver the marketing and distribution activities in a timely manner and quality delivery
- Manage the progress of deliverables of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
Minimum Job Requirements: - University / College graduate plus minimum 10 years relevant experience
