If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us... Responsibilities: - Automation & Development: Develop, implement, and maintain system automation using Python and VBA. Participate in coding projects based on program specifications.
- Documentation & Testing: Assist in preparing comprehensive documentation for new systems and enhancements, including user guides and operation manuals. Prepare and execute test cases for unit and system integration tests.
- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software inquiries to end-users, including both remote and on-site assistance.
- Continuous Improvement: Observe and adhere to all system-related guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a collaborative team environment, including local and overseas colleagues. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements: - Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related IT field.
- Solid experience with Windows Desktop, Windows Server, and Mobile Device environments.
- Practical knowledge in one or more of the following: MSSQL, SSIS, SSRS, VB/VBA, .NET, Java, AS400 (or other mainframe systems), Network Architecture and Equipment, Data Encryption.
- Experience in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL v3 and v4.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding efficient solutions.
- A proactive, independent, and results-oriented work ethic.
- Willingness to work in a small team environment in the banking industry and expect assignments of different kinds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
