- Ability to work with research to help sell their product and ensure that the focus is commercial and relevant for our clients
- Efficiently cover a large number of clients and work with sales trading to ensure they are paying for the service provided
- Working with ICM to ensure the corporate events are interesting and profitable and that our resources are properly aligned with the clients that are willing and able to pay for them
- Understanding of and willingness to engage with Reg Change as we implement MiFID II and explain the market structure impact to our broader client base.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership - Communicate across the gen sales teams and in both regions to ensure the Asia message is clear, well understood and full available to clients

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: - Deep knowledge of S&P and Stoxx 600 and multi years of experience working with research and corporate broking functions
- Proven experience of working with equities clients in Asia and the ability to demonstrate a real interest in and knowledge of the European and US stock market
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience gained within a Tier 1 Investment Bank
