Service Line Overview

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect with deep knowledge of the D365 solution across supply supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations and finance. Exhibits strong understanding of global financial business processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, period-end closing, and compliance with local regulations. Has led finance workstream for a global D365 F&O implementation across multiple countries or regions. Has a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Solution Architect is responsible for overseeing design, solutioning and implementation of various business solution components, client requirements, as well as support efforts of specialists in other technical and business disciplines.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for financial processes within the D365 F&O environment, driving process standardisation and automation across global operations.
  • Be a champion/SME (Subject Matter Expert) for both technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform, driving the adoption of new features and technology.
  • Design and development of domain specific implementations; Influence usage of out of the box Dynamics 365 functionality.
  • Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, envisioning and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the customer to achieve their objectives.
  • Participates in identification, pursuit and closure of strategic business development activities whilst continuing to support the existing projects.
Experience & Background
  • Experience working in a Big 4 professional firm or well-established consulting corporation.
  • Apart from the industry experience, must possess deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution areas, specifically in the areas of supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations and finance.
  • Led the finance workstream for a global D365 F&O implementation across multiple countries or regions.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing global D365 F&O implementations, with a focus on financial management modules.
  • Strong understanding of global financial business processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, period-end closing, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Ability to configure and implement financial modules in D365 F&O, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
  • BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations certifications.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to stakeholders.
  • Previous track record delivering the full project life cycle.
