Mandarin-Speaking HR Professional with SOE SFC firm experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and employee relations while participating in the annual recruitment budget planning.
- Oversee salary calculations and record-keeping for employee compensation and benefits, including MPF, taxation, staff attendance, annual leave, and group insurance plans.
- Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and relevant projects.
- Contribute to annual HR budget planning and cost control.
- Support staff training activities.
- Engage in various ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field; study experience in Hong Kong or overseas is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Familiarity with local labour laws and employment regulations; experience with compensation and benefits management systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll-related software.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
