Role Overview: My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a background in top-tier hedge funds or financial institutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications: - Native English speaker.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR roles within top-tier hedge funds or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
