Our business partner is a reputable foreign bank who is seeking a Director-Cash Management, Product & Implementation to work closely with the sales team to identify potential product enhancement needs.
Your new role
As a leader in the transaction banking unit, you are responsible:
- To drive and formulate strategies for long term cash product management
- To lead and manage the cash product team, and work with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Compliance, across other regions and headquarters to develop and enhance transaction banking cash products (including payment, collection, liquidity management, channel and bank alliance)
- To manage client support, administration of cash management products and implementation of the clients
- To lead and coach team members to cultivate human resources capable of cash management product development
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have at least 15 years of relevant cash management experience across product management and implementation. You will have a tertiary degree, coupled with proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Team management experience is necessary. Relevant knowledge of transaction banking (such as liquidity management, payment, e-Channels etc) and stakeholder management skills are required.
