Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative and organizational support to one of the Managing Directors, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional multitasking skills, proactive problem-solving, and a strong ability to maintain confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry and fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English.

Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years' experience as an Executive Assistant in the financial services industry (e.g., private equity, investment banking, asset management, etc.).
Language Skills:
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with expense management tools and scheduling software is a plus.
