A Chinese Bank is looking for a Team Lead - MIS Reporting & Risk Policy
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the MIS Reporting and Risk Policy team.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, including Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) approaches.
- Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting to support decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, focusing on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk management strategies.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in MIS reporting and risk management within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment in China.
