Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the MIS Reporting and Risk Policy team.
  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, including Internal Ratings-Based (IRB) approaches.
  • Ensure accurate and timely MIS reporting to support decision-making.
  • Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement, focusing on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk management strategies.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in MIS reporting and risk management within the banking sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment in China.
