Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global tax strategies to optimize tax efficiency and compliance.
Oversee corporate tax compliance, including income tax, VAT/GST, and withholding tax in multiple jurisdictions.
Lead tax planning initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
Manage relationships with tax authorities and resolve tax audits and disputes.
Oversee transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with international guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
CPA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of tax experience, including leadership roles from Big 4 AND commercial firms
Extensive knowledge of China tax laws, international tax regulations, and transfer pricing.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; immediate availability preferred.
