Responsibilities - Ensure smooth client onboarding experience for all clients
- Address key internal and client issues and manage risk
- Liaise with clients for requirements gathering, onboarding documentations and agreement negotiation
- Develop and enhance client relationships, by providing exceptional levels of client service
- Work closely with tech team to develop, rollout and test for the system enhancement
Requirements - Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or relevant subjects
- 5 years or above related experience in Client onboarding, Client relationship
- Detail oriented, independent with excellent interpersonal skills
- With knowledge of Listed derivatives or OTC products is preferred
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
