Your new role
- Identify and assess operational risks across various business units.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational risks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposure and effectiveness of risk management practices.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and documentation in Chinese.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure risk mitigation measures are in place.
- Provide guidance and training on risk management policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- 3-7 years in the relevant field
