About the role
In this position, you will report to Team Head, work alongside experienced professionals and play a pivotal role in all facets of investment transactions, utilize your expertise in M&A and corporate finance to lead the analysis of investment opportunities while monitoring the financial health of portfolio companies
Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of investment transactions
- Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies
- Utilize expertise in M&A and corporate finance to drive post-deal operations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Interpret data to derive actionable insights and recommendations, while building strong relationships with organizational partners
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in developing investment theses
- Work collaboratively within a team, and in a fast-paced self-directed environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Advanced degree or qualifications is an advantage
- At least 8 years' experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, M&A, Investment Management
- Familiarity with post-deal operations and ability to drive processes to completion
- Excellent relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust
- Self-driven working attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, open environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for this position
