Responsibilities:

  1. Develop audio processing algorithms for bone conduction headphones, focusing on ANC, sound field enhancement and sound leakage suppression
  2. Create AI-powered audio algorithms to optimize call quality and music performance
  3. Build acoustic testing systems and implement algorithms on embedded platforms
  4. Analyze acoustic characteristics in user scenarios to continuously improve auditory experience

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or above in Acoustics/EE/Computer Science
  2. Proficient in DSP with expertise in adaptive filtering/blind source separation
  3. Skilled in MATLAB/Python for algorithm development, experienced in C/C++ embedded programming
  4. Experience with MEMS microphone array processing or consumer electronics projects preferred
  5. Fluent in technical English documentation with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

岗位职责:

  1. 负责骨传导耳机音频信号处理算法研发,包括主动降噪、声场增强、漏音抑制等关键技术
  2. 开发基于AI的智能音频处理算法,优化语音通话质量及音乐表现力
  3. 搭建声学测试系统,完成算法仿真验证与嵌入式平台移植
  4. 分析用户场景声学特性,持续优化产品听觉体验

岗位要求:

  1. 硕士及以上学历,声学/电子信息/计算机相关专业
  2. 精通数字信号处理,熟悉自适应滤波/盲源分离等算法
  3. 掌握MATLAB/Python算法开发,具备C/C++嵌入式开发经验
  4. 有MEMS麦克风阵列处理或消费电子声学项目经验者优先
  5. 英语技术文档读写能力,良好的跨团队协作意识
