Job Duties
• Analysing business requirements for company's trading and risk management Orchestrade system.
• Supporting the users for daily tasks, queries and trouble-shooting.
• Responsible for monitoring and checking a variety of scheduled tasks and fixing error alerts as they happen.
• Managing ad-hoc requests related to the onboarding of new portfolio managers, new products and/or new FIX connections.
Requirements
• Foundational knowledge of financial markets.
• Experience with and knowledge of trading software, specifically related to functionalities like PnL, Risk, Export, Market Data, Trade Processing and Trade Booking.
• Strong people and communication skills to support traders, interact with third party vendors as well as training internal users on the ins and outs of Orchestrade.
• Understanding of the entire trade life cycle and how it relates to the trading, booking and trade management processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with varying degrees of complexity.
• Strong problem solving skills, able to identify root causes and providing long term solutions.
• Disciplined in documentation and post-mortem write-ups.
