Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement business transformation agenda focusing on area such as operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality enhancement and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, drive and monitor efficiency of cross-departmental project deliveries, provide strategic solutions to streamline and ensure smooth project implementation.
• Facilitate process transformation and adopt efficient tools to improve employee journey and customer satisfaction.
• Identify, document, and analyze existing business processes across functions, understand bottlenecks and areas of improvement.
• Participate in regional process transformation, e.g. testing excellence. .
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and track progress over time. Establish mechanisms for regular monitoring, reporting, and analysis of process improvement initiatives.
• Develop materials to educate employees on new processes, tools and methodologies. Provide coaching and support to ensure successful implementation
Requirements
• Degree of above with major in Information Technology/ Fintech/ Business Administration or related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in strategy planning, Fintech and digital transformation project management experience gained in banking industry is preferable.
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and overcoming resistance to change.
• Hands-on experience in exploring collaboration with Singapore, Mainland China, Taiwan, India.
• Holder of professional qualification PMP/ Scrum Master/ Agile Certified Partitioner is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Familiar with agile delivery tools e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau
• Familiar with data & AI tools
