Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and enhance the company's trading products through continuous optimization.
  • Monitor and assess trading activities to manage risk exposure effectively.
  • Identify and respond to risk events related to financial markets and corporate transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of trading and analytical tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain necessary documentation and internal procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with liquidity providers and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial markets, expeirence in a managerial role is certainly a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with MT4 backend or other trading platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Python or similar tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communicator and interpersonal skills that able to work with various senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
