Description:
The successful candidate will report to Head of China Institutional Sales to support the business development and the integrated client coverage in the region, in several areas including:
- Covering the China onshore and offshore cross border business development initiatives
- Act as the point of contact for cross border business referrals across the various MSIM entities
- Take leadership in sales and distribution for key client relationships in the region

- Experience of Investment Management business and practices with proficient product knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income and Alternative Investment strategies
- Professional maturity, confidence, decisiveness and sound business judgement
- Strong communication and relationship and business development skills to penetrate into institutional investors base and effectively leverage MSIM resource
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects/processes at the same time without close supervision
- Strong team player with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels, across departments/locations and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Must be highly organised with strong process management skills
- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with proficient Cantonese preferred
- 5-8 years' relevant working experiences
