Junior Corporate Access (Japanese speaking)

Company Profile

Our client is a reputable, strong branded international investment banking and securities firm that provides various wide arrays of financial products including Japan equity, US equity, and Asian equities to financial institutions, and public corporations worldwide. They are now seeking a talent to perform Corporate Access role who covers Singapore mainly and belongs to their Hong Kong Sales team. This is an additional position.

Exciting New Role for You

• 大手証券会社でのコーポレートアクセス業務
• 香港の営業チームに所属し、海外機関投資家向けに開催する各種イベント（アナリストミーティング・カンファレンス等）の準備、企画運営および開催後のフォローなどを、日本のコーポレートアクセス・セールスチームと連携しながら実行し、ビジネスの拡大に繋ぐ業務
• 事業会社や投資家とのコンタクト、訪問など
• 各種プレゼンテーション資料のアップデート
• Arrange and perform Non-Deal Road Shows / Investor Relation Meetings for both clients and sales team in Tokyo
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team in Japan to secure more business and enhance company's reputation
• Frequently business trips will be expected in the future
• Daily liaison with vendors / other regional branches/seminar speakers
• Required to take SFC Paper 1

Requirements

• Coordination /Client Support/Sales Support experience in any industry
• Experience in Corporate Access/Sales/Sales Assistant role at the financial firm is highly advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese, Mandarin, and English
• Team sprits, Proactive, Enthusiastic, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible to handle business trips  
• Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel, PowerPoint

Someone who has more connection to the equities product and some relationships within that space has advantage
