  • Wyse terminal, Microsoft Teams phone, headset setup, configuration, firmware upgrade and administration.
  • Set-up of new PCs and software installation / testing (desktop software and trading application clients)
  • Cabling management – include network patching (dataport, patch panel, switchport) for any device endpoint, labeling work and maintain Cable ID inventory list)
  • Basic network troubleshooting on physical connection isolation (e.g cable tester, cable tracing in patch panel)
  • Tier 1 support for voice platform (Microsoft Teams / IPC dealerboard)
