Job Responsibilities - Oversee business to achieve HNW business channel targets through effective leadership and implementing strategic initiatives for business development
- Develop HNW business, marketing and distribution strategies
- As the owner of the HNW proposition. Drive product and service proposition, expand the sales channel and touch points, navigate the internal procedure and approval process to support business growth
- Provide direction for the product development and closely monitor the trend of consumer needs and competitors' actions
- Participate/Lead different project that related to HNW business development
- Ensure service excellence with international brokers and private banks
- Ensure standards and practices comply with regulatory and corporate requirements through implementing compliance standards and practices
- Lead and develop team to enhance business and strategic acumen
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree holder in Business Management or any related discipline
- Have over 15 years of work experience in managing HNW business, ideally within Private Banking, Trusts, Asset Management, or Insurance sectors
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with high agility and the capability to build strong relationships with partners
- Proven track record in business development, strategic planning and execution
- Strong analytical abilities, coupled with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
