Responsibilities - Provide expert guidance on corporate and commercial matters, including M&A and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents.
- Lead cross-border transactions and work with external counsel.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise management on legal risks and business strategies.
- Develop policies for legal risk management and governance.
Requirements - Admission to the bar in Hong Kong or another recognized jurisdiction with over 7 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the financial services, investment, or technology industries.
- Strong expertise in corporate transactions, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
