Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Dynamics CRM 365 projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
- Lead the technical delivery with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Dynamics CRM 365 implementations.
- Proven track record of delivering complex CRM projects within a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
