Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibility - Manage Department expense and headcount through annual budget and monthly forecast
- Work with stakeholders to explore and drive Department strategic cost management
- Facilitate expense management on Bank-wide operational costs by analysing and monitoring with relevant units
- Management Tool Kit planning, execution and reporting
- Prepare cross countries billing between countries and perform reconciliation
- Present analytics for management to support strategic decision making
- Regular/ routine tasks on expense/ resources management
- Participate related system roll out and ad-hoc project implementation
- Maintain and modify Metrics Dashboard
- Prepare and track performance of the department
Requirement - Degree in Finance, Accounting or other closely related field
- 8 years+ relevant work experience in business/ financial planning and analysis. Experience in banking industry as advantage.
- Prior exposure to budgeting processes, driving budget and forecast strategically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in stakeholders' management as a team player
- Attention to detail, proactive and willing to learn
- Strong analytical skills and PC skills
- Advantages of having Qlikview/ Tableau knowledge
- Presentation to management
- Fluent speaking in Cantonese and English is a must, able to speak Mandarin as advantage.
