Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a technology strategy that supports the company's retail goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Application and Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of all retail applications and infrastructure.
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of technology systems.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of ERP (SAP) solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications.
- Manage the implementation and support of POS systems across retail locations.
- Drive improvements in POS functionality to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the development and deployment of CRM solutions to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM data and analytics to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce platforms to support online retail operations.
- Ensure the e-commerce technology stack is robust, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to safeguard the company's data and systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends to proactively address emerging risks.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and partners to leverage external expertise and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in retail technology leadership roles.
- Extensive experience with ERP (SAP) systems, POS systems, CRM solutions, e-commerce technology, and information security.
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
