Key Responsibilities:

  • Investment Research & Due Diligence: Conduct thorough research on investment products, including mutual funds and hedge funds, to evaluate performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manager Selection: Identify and assess external portfolio managers, conducting in-depth due diligence to ensure alignment with our investment philosophy.
  • Product Structuring: Collaborate on the structuring of private wealth management products tailored to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Trade Execution: Execute trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to investment strategies.
  • Asset Allocation: Assist in developing and optimizing asset allocation strategies across multi-asset classes.
  • Client Coverage: Engage with clients to understand their investment needs and communicate investment ideas effectively.
  • Pitching Investment Ideas: Develop and present innovative investment ideas that align with the family office's goals.
  • Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and economic indicators to inform investment decisions and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation is preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or a related field, preferably within a family office or asset management firm.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Exceptional research abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in manager selection and due diligence processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for investment and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
