Administration Manager/ Assistant Manager

A Chinese Financial Institution is looking for some administration candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including procurement, office and equipment maintenance, payment requisition, filing, etc.
  • Support in office systems control (e.g. safety and security, phone and mobile, etc.)
  • Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree holder or above
  • At least 4 years relevant experience, experienced in Chinese SOE is highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Details-minded, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude is a must
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
